  • Our Restaurant reception space can host up to 70 seated guests or 120 guests cocktail-style.

    For larger celebrations, our Lawn Bar area can accommodate marquee weddings for up to 120 seated guests.

  • Yes — you can host both your ceremony and reception at the estate. Ceremony locations are available throughout the vineyard and waterfront grounds for couples who have booked their reception with us.

  • No. External catering is not permitted at The Overflow Estate 1895.

    All food is prepared in-house by Roastbeef and the Frog, with tailored menu options available for your wedding style and dietary needs.

  • The venue provides its own food and beverage service, including award-winning estate wines. Please speak with your venue planner regarding beverage package options and bar arrangements.

  • Yes — complimentary onsite parking is available for guests, with ample space throughout the estate.

  • Yes. The Restaurant and main event areas are fully wheelchair accessible.

  • Yes. You are welcome to use your own celebrant, photographer, entertainment and other wedding suppliers. The venue can also provide recommended supplier lists if needed.

  • Yes — The Overflow Estate 1895 is pet friendly, and pets are welcome at your ceremony and reception provided they remain supervised.

  • Yes. Ceremony rehearsals can be arranged in advance and are subject to venue availability during operating hours.

  • Yes. The estate offers WanderPod accommodation onsite, with some pods also being pet friendly.

  • Yes. Restaurant chairs and standard reception tables are included. Ceremony chairs and additional hire furniture can also be arranged.

  • Yes. Standard wedding receptions at The Overflow Estate 1895 conclude at approximately 10:30pm.

    Reception extensions may be available until 11:30pm upon request.
